Pandora is best known for its modern twist on the classic charm bracelet. Now Available in over 20 countries it began in 1982 when Per and Winnie Enevoldsen opened a jewellery shop in Copenhagen Denmark.

Chamilia is a family-owned and US-based company founded by Killian Rieder and Jeff Julkowski in 2002.  Killian, a former designer for fashion icon Polo launched Chamilia with a line of handcrafted beads made of Italian Murano glass and precious stone, set in sterling silver and 14k gold.

The company was successful to land a partnership deal with Disney to create an exclusive collection of authentic Disney beads which has lead them to fast becoming the 'It' brand.

Designed by silversmith Søren Nielsen in Denmark in 1976, the very first Trollbeads were quirky silver charms with a hole through the middle that could be strung on a piece of leather.

In the 1980's Trollbeads introduced a chain with a lock that could be manually removed and then reattached, making it possible to experiment with different bead combinations.

Each bead has its own little history, taking inspiration from mythology, astrology, fairy tales, fauna, flora as well as everyday influences.

In 2001, Lise Aagaard introduced glass beads to the Trollbeads collection. Today the collection includes jewellery made in silver, 18-carat gold, pearls, precious and semi-precious stones, and glass.
