Image Tips

All Images uploaded to the Trade Your Charms.com website will be resized to a maximum 700px wide and 700px high.
Images uploaded from iPhones and other devices may take a little longer to upload so please wait for them to load.
All pictures should be under 1MB in size and in .jpg format (you can set the output size in your settings.)
For the best quality images, please follow these instructions:
Ensure your item is clean and undamaged.
Use a camera rather than a mobile phone or other device.
Place on a clean light background or hang in front of a white curtain or sheet.
Take the photo in good light.
Get as close to your item as you can without losing focus. Use the macro setting (generally symbolised by a flower) for small items.
Take lots of shots including the label and a close up of the details and upload the best three. NB: At least 1 uploaded image MUST be of the actual item you are selling.
Edit your photo by cropping and enhancing before you upload.
By uploading a file you certify that you have the right to distribute the image and that it does not violate copyright.
